Vendors should be selling handmade items. We can make exceptions. If you are unsure, please contact us.
$75 for a 10x10 booth. We give $25 off the booth fee if the vendor promotes the event on social media, emails to their list, and other methods to get the word out. Vendors should tag the gallery and ALbany Juneteeth when promoting on social and cc info@albanyjuneteenth.com in any emails.
You can share a booth with a friend or we can find someone for you if you don't need the full 10x10 space.
All vendors have to have a canopy, and we do have some to rent - $20 for the day.
All vendors have to provide their own display materials.
The fair is 10am-5pm
Set up for the fair starts as early as 8am, the latest time to start setup is 9:30.
Breakdown starts no earlier than 5pm.
No refunds on booth fees after two weeks prior to the event date.
